Hop Into a Day Made for Families
Spring feels a little brighter when families can get outside, slow down and enjoy something together. Quick Response’s Easter Festival brings that feeling to Round Lake with a free community celebration built around children, parents, grandparents and the simple fun of making memories close to home.
The 2026 festival was held on March 28 at 2077 Route 9 and filled the day with photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, live animal presentations, face painting, balloon artists and character meet-and-greets with Pooh, Tigger and the Care Bears. Local firefighters also gave children a chance to explore a real fire truck, while refreshments kept families fueled for the fun.
Each year can bring a few new surprises, but the heart of the event remains the same: create a welcoming place where neighbors can spend time together and welcome spring with plenty of smiles.
A Day Planned Around Kids and Families
The Easter Festival is planned around the way families like to spend a spring day: moving between activities, stopping for photos and letting children explore at their own pace. The relaxed format gives parents time to enjoy the event too, creating a welcoming experience that feels lively without being over-scheduled.
Little Moments That Make Spring Memorable
For a child, the highlight might be meeting a favorite character or seeing a fire truck up close. For parents and grandparents, it may simply be a few unrushed hours together. Those small moments are what turn a seasonal event into a tradition and give local families something cheerful to share each spring
